Using these new webinar templates is as easy as clicking, uploading, and going. Whether you are hosting a live event or building an evergreen funnel, GoHighLevel now handles the layout and content merge for you. Here’s how to get set up in just a few simple steps:

• The Main Menu on the Left side of your screen has all the main areas that you work in when using GHL

1.1  Click on the Sites Menu Item.

• Access the ‘Sites’ section of GoHighLevel
  • You’ll now be in the ‘Sites’ section of GHL, where you can access the Webinars section from the top menu:

1.2 Click on the Webinars menu link.

2.1 Click the ‘Create New Webinar Funnel’ button.

• A pop-up window will appear.

2.2 Choose the type of webinar: Live or On-Demand.
2.3 Click the ‘Continue’ button to proceed.

• After clicking ‘Continue,’ another pop-up window will appear:

3.1 Enter a name for your webinar in the text field, then click ‘Next’.

3.2 Select a form by using the drop-down menu, then click ‘Next.’

3.3 Choose your pre-recorded webinar video by clicking the icon in the ‘Select Webinar File’ section, then click ‘Next.’

3.4 On the next screen, select a webinar template from the available options in the library.

3.5 Click “Continue.”

• GHL will automatically replace the placeholder video and form with the ones you selected.

• Once everything is set up, you’re ready to go live:

4.1 Click the “Publish” button to finalize your webinar funnel.

• Your webinar is now live and fully embedded with your video and form.

For Admins: Managing Template Access

5.1 Next to the webinar name, click the three vertical dots (⋮) to open the settings menu.

• Select “Share” from the dropdown. A pop-up will appear.

5.2 Choose who can access the template (e.g., sub accounts or team members).

5.3 Click the “Done” button to save your sharing settings.
