• Click the phone icon inside GoHighLevel to access the dialer.

Step 2: Start Dialing Immediately  

• type a number, and the system automatically searches for contacts.

Step 3: Transfer Calls (If Needed)  

• Click the transfer button to send the call to the right person.

Step 4: Use the Dialpad for IVR  

• If you reach an automated phone menu, press the numbers to navigate options.

Step 5: Add Notes & Tags After the Call  

• After a call, go to Recents to add notes and tags for better organization.

• Use Contact Search – Start typing a number, and the system finds the contact instantly.
