To begin, make sure you are logged into your GoHighLevel sub-account.

1.1 Click on the Payments menu item.

• This takes you to where all your documents live.

1.2 Click on the Documents tab at the top.

2.1 Click + New Document or + New Template.

2.2 Name your document and select the layout type (single or multi-page).

2.3 Begin adding your content blocks—paragraphs, tables, or sections that will span multiple pages.

3.1 Click into the document builder where you want to place a field.

3.2 Drag and drop:

• Text Inputs for open answers
• Checkboxes for selection items
• Date Pickers
• Initial or Signature Blocks

3.3 Place them confidently—even if the block might break across pages. The new engine locks the alignment.

4.1 Click Preview & Download PDF in the top-right corner.

4.2 Open the PDF to verify every element aligns as expected—even across page breaks.

4.3 If needed, make minor spacing tweaks to avoid the known edge case (don’t place fields touching the bottom edge of a text block that breaks pages).
