Follow these simple steps inside your GoHighLevel account to start leveraging the “Best Time to Post” feature today:

• The Main Menu on the Left side of your screen has all the main areas that you work in when using GHL

1.1  Click on the Marketing Menu Item.

• Access the ‘Marketing’ section of GoHighLevel
  • You’ll now be in the ‘Marketing’ section of GHL, where you can access the Social Planner section from the top menu:

1.2 Click on the Social Planner menu link.

• Once you are in the Social Planner, you will see your existing post. This is where you will begin creating your new social media post.

2.1 Look for and click the “New Post” button.

• This button is usually located in the top right corner of the dashboard view.
  • Clicking this will open the drop-down menu; select create new post.

2.2 Click Create New Post

• Now that the new post composer window is open, you will fill in all the details for your social media message.

3.1 Select Your Social Platforms: In the post composer, find the “Post to” section.

• It will allow you to select for all your connected social media accounts (like Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

3.2 Click on each platform you want this specific post to go out on.

3.3 Craft Your Content

• Add your compelling text, upload stunning images, or include engaging videos for your post. This is the heart of your message, so make it count and make it exciting for your audience!
• Once you are ready to post your content.

• It will open a drop-down menu; select Schedule Post.

4.2 Click Schedule Post

• After clicking, the system will instantly show you the “Best Time to Post” suggestion. This time is calculated based on your audience’s past engagement, making it Optimal Post Time! It will appear right there on the screen for you.
• You can now either select the suggested Optimal Post Time to schedule your post, or if you have a specific time in mind, you can adjust it manually using the provided options. Once you’re happy with the timing,

4.2 Click “Schedule Post” to finalize and send your content out!
