It’s easy to start using the Attachments feature. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Payments Tab
   Go to the Payments tab in your GoHighLevel dashboard.
2. Create or Edit an Estimate
   • Start a new estimate or edit an existing one.
3. Find the Attachment Icon
   Look for the paperclip icon to upload files.
4. Upload Your Files
   • Click the icon and choose files from your computer.
   • You can attach up to 10 files.
   • Make sure the total size doesn’t go over 20MB.
5. Send the Estimate or Invoice
   When you send it to your client for the first time, the attachments will be included in the email.

• Compress Big Files
  If your files are too large, use tools to compress them to stay under the 20MB limit.
• Name Your Files Clearly
  Use names like “Terms_Conditions.pdf” or “Design_Sample.jpg” to make it easier for clients to understand the attachments.
• Save Time with Templates
  Add commonly used attachments to your Estimate Templates to save time.
