Interactive Quiz Builder for GHL Funnels & Websites

The Interactive Quiz Builder now works directly inside the GoHighLevel Funnel and Website Builder. You can drag the Quiz Element onto a page and add a quiz without touching any embed code.

You can also choose how you want to build. Start a new quiz from inside the builder, or select one you already created. That makes it easier to reuse quizzes across different pages without jumping back and forth between tools.

• Open the Website you want to edit.
• Open the Website page.
• Add and choose your Quiz.
• Review the Quiz Element settings.
• Edit Your Quiz inside the Quiz Builder.

To start, make sure you are logged in to the correct GoHighLevel sub-account.

• The main menu on the left side of your screen includes the main areas you use in GoHighLevel.

1.1 Click Sites.

• This opens the Sites area in your GHL sub-account.

1.2 Click Websites in the top menu.

• The Websites section will open.
• You will see the Websites already saved inside the sub-account.

1.3 Click the Website you want to edit.

• This opens the selected Website and gives you access to its pages and settings.

• Once you open the Website, you can choose which page you want to update.

2.1 Make sure Pages are selected.

• This section shows all the pages currently included in the Website.

2.2 Find the page where you want to add your quiz and click Edit.

• The selected page will open inside the GoHighLevel Website Builder.
• You can now add the new Quiz Element to the page.

• The Website Builder now includes a native Quiz Element, so you no longer need to copy and paste an embed code.

3.1 Click the + icon in the top-left area of the builder.

• This opens the Quick Add panel.
• You can browse the available sections, rows, and page elements.

3.2 Type Quiz into the search box.

• GoHighLevel will filter the available elements.

3.3 Find the Quiz Element and add it to your page.

• The Quiz Element appears under the available custom elements.
• Drag it into the section or row where you want the quiz to appear.

3.4 Open the Select your Quiz dropdown.

• This lets you choose a quiz that already exists in your GHL sub-account.

3.5 Click Click Here if you want to create a new quiz.

• Use this option when you do not already have a quiz ready.
• You can create the quiz without leaving your Website building workflow.

• Once a quiz is selected, it will appear directly on your Website page.

4.1 Review the quiz on the page.

• Check that the correct quiz is loaded and positioned where you want it.

4.2 Open the General tab in the Quiz settings panel.

• This is where you can manage the main settings for the selected Quiz Element.

4.3 Review or update the Element name.

• This helps you identify the element while working inside the builder.

4.4 Check the quiz under Element Options.

• The dropdown shows which quiz is currently connected to the page.
• You can use this area if you need to change the selected quiz.

4.5 Click Edit Quiz when you need to make changes.

• This opens the Quiz Builder without taking you away from the Website Builder.

4.6 Review the Button Actions setting.

• You can choose to use the redirect action already set inside the Quiz Builder.
• Check this setting before publishing so the quiz sends visitors to the correct next step.

• The Quiz Builder opens in a large popup over the Website Builder. This gives you plenty of space to make changes while keeping your Website page in the background.

5.1 Use the controls at the top-left of the Quiz Builder.

• You can add quiz content and switch between desktop and mobile views.
• Use these options to check how the quiz will work across different screen sizes.

5.2 Choose Quick Add or Add Object Fields.

• Quick Add gives you access to common quiz elements.
• Add Object Fields lets you include supported fields when needed.

5.3 Add or update your Quiz Questions.

• Available question types include Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Yes / No, Short Answer, Long Answer, Number, Single Dropdown, and Multi Dropdown.
• Choose the question type that fits the information you need to collect.

5.4 Use the Edit, Settings, Submissions, and Notifications tabs.

• Edit lets you work on the quiz itself.
• Settings gives you access to the quiz setup options.
• Submissions let you review quiz responses.
• Notifications lets you manage how quiz activity is handled.

5.5 Preview and Save your changes.

• Click Preview to test the quiz before finishing.
• Click Save when you are happy with the changes.
