Step 01 – Access the Main Left Hand Menu in GoHighLevel
- The Main Menu on the Left side of your screen has all the main areas that you work in when using GHL
1.1 Click on the Marketing Menu Item.
- Access the ‘Marketing’ section of GoHighLevel
- You’ll now be in the ‘Marketing’ section of GHL, where you can access the Emails section from the top menu:
1.2 Click on the Emails menu link

Step 02: Access Email Builder
2.1 From the Emails Dashboard, click on the Campaigns tab in the top menu.
2.2 Click Email Campaign
- This will display a list of all your existing email campaigns.
2.3 To edit an existing campaign, simply click on the name of the campaign you want to work on.
- If you’d like to start fresh, you can also create a new campaign from this screen.

Step 03: Add and Set Up the Form
3.1 In the Email Builder editor, drag and drop the “Form” element into your email layout.

- This will trigger a pop-up window prompting you to choose a form type.
3.2 Select your preferred starting Form Type from the options provided.
3.3 Click “Continue” to proceed.

- You’ll now see the form customization window where you can:
- Add or remove form fields
- Adjust the layout and design
