• Access the Quizzes area in GHL Sites.
• Open the quiz edit menu.
• Go to the quiz Settings tab.
• Open the Result Page editor.

• Edit the Category Score section.
• Choose the category score tier.
• Edit the Overall Score section.
• Choose the category score tier.
• Edit the Overall Score section.
• Save the Result Page.

To start, make sure you are logged in to your GoHighLevel sub-account.

• The main menu on the left side of your screen has the core areas you work in when using GoHighLevel.

1.1 Click Sites in the left menu.

• This opens the Sites section.

1.2 Click Quizzes from the top Sites navigation.

• This opens the Quizzes area.

1.3 Click All quizzes.

• This shows the list of quizzes in your sub-account.

• This is where you choose the quiz you want to update.

2.1 Find the quiz you want to edit.

• In this example, the quiz is called Day Spa Assessment.

2.2 Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the quiz row.

• This opens the quiz action menu.

2.3 Click Edit.

• This opens the quiz builder.

• This is where you access the result page setup for the quiz.

3.1 Click Settings from the top menu.

• This opens the quiz settings area.

3.2 Scroll to the On Submit section.

• This is where GoHighLevel controls what happens when someone completes the quiz.

3.3 Find the Result Page Template area.

• You will see the selected result page and a preview of the result page layout.

3.4 Click Edit Result Page.

• This opens the Customise Result Page editor.

• This is where you can update the sections shown after someone finishes the quiz.

4.1 Review the section list on the left side.

• You may see sections like:
  • Header
  • Overall Score
  • Category Score
  • Call to Action
  • Footer

4.2 Click the section you want to edit.

• For this update, the main sections are Overall Score and Category Score.

4.3 Review the live preview in the middle of the screen.

• This preview helps you see how your result page looks while you make changes.

6.2 Choose the tier you want to update.

• You can select:
• Low
• Medium
• High

6.3 Edit the content in the text box below.

• Add the message you want users to see for that category and score tier.

6.4 Review the live preview.

• The preview updates so you can see how the result content looks on the page.

• This is where you update the content shown for the user’s full quiz score.

7.1 Click Overall Score from the left section list.

• This opens the Overall Score settings panel on the right.

7.2 Make sure Dynamic Content is turned on.

• This lets GoHighLevel show custom content based on overall score tiers.

7.3 Click the dropdown under You are currently editing.

• This opens the overall score tier list.

7.4 Choose the tier you want to edit.

• You can select Low, Medium, or High.

7.5 Add or update the message for that score tier.

• Use clear content that matches the result the user earned.

7.6 Review the preview in the middle of the screen.

• Make sure the content looks clean and fits the result page layout.

• This step saves the changes you made inside the Result Page editor.

8.1 Click Save in the bottom right corner of the Result Page editor.

• This saves your result page changes.

8.2 Click the X in the top right corner if you need to close the editor.

• This returns you to the quiz settings screen.
