The new Store Builder Images now appear across the main ecommerce pages in GoHighLevel. You will see them on Product Listing, Product Detail, Cart, Checkout, and Thank You pages.

They also appear inside Featured Product, Featured Products, Upsell, and Collection elements. This gives the Page Builder a cleaner and more consistent look while you work.

These placeholders only show when no product or collection is linked. Once you add real content, your own images, titles, and prices take their place.

The updated Store Builder Images also improve how product cards look inside the builder. Subscription and Free Trial badges can now appear below the price, so you get a clearer preview before the page goes live.

Here are the steps to set it up:

• Access the Settings area in GoHighLevel.
• Enable the new image placeholders in Labs.
• Open the correct GoHighLevel store.
• Choose a store page in the builder.
• Check the new placeholders in the Page Builder.

To start, make sure you are logged in to the correct GoHighLevel sub-account.

• Go to the bottom of the Main Menu on the left-hand sidebar.

1.1 Click the Settings gear icon ⚙️.

• This opens the Settings dashboard for your sub-account.

• Inside the Settings area, use the menu on the left-hand side.

2.1 Click Labs.

• This opens the Labs page, where you can test selected features before their full release.

2.2 Enter “page builder” in the search box.

• This filters the list and displays the Page Builder: New Image Placeholders feature.

2.3 Review the feature card.

• The card explains that the feature replaces the default store placeholder images with the new image set.

2.4 Turn the feature toggle ON.

• The setting now applies to the current sub-account.

2.5 Click Go Back when you are ready to leave the Settings area.

• Go to the Main Menu on the left-hand side.

3.1 Click Sites.

• This opens the Sites area in GoHighLevel.

3.2 Click Stores in the top menu.

• This opens the list of stores inside the current sub-account.

3.3 Click the name of the store you want to review.

• Make sure you choose the correct store before editing any pages.

• Inside the selected store, you will see the available store pages.

4.1 Find the page you want to review.

• You can choose a Product List, Product Detail, Cart, Checkout, Thank You, or another store page.

4.2 Click Edit below the page preview.

• This opens the selected page inside the GoHighLevel Page Builder.

• Inside the Page Builder, find a product or collection area that does not have real content connected.

5.1 Review the placeholder images shown inside the store element.

• You should now see simple illustration-style Store Builder Images instead of realistic sample product photos.

5.2 Check the placeholder text below each image.

• Labels such as “Product title” should appear in a clear and consistent format.

5.3 Review the badges below the price.

• Subscription and Free Trial badges may appear on product cards when they apply.

5.4 Check any collection that does not have an image.

• A product image placeholder should appear instead of a plain gray box.

The new Store Builder Images are now active in the current sub-account. Since this is a visual update, your live products, page layout, checkout process, and store functions remain unchanged.

The new Store Builder Images only change what you see inside the Page Builder. They do not change your live store, connected product images, page layout, or checkout process.

Your products, prices, collections, and store settings will keep working as they did before. The new images only appear when no product or collection is linked to that section.

You can also turn the Labs feature off at any time. This will bring back the original placeholder images for that sub-account.

Use the new Store Builder Images as a quick check for unfinished sections. When you see a placeholder, confirm that the right product or collection is linked before you publish the page.

Refresh the Page Builder after you turn on the Labs feature. When the new images do not appear, check that you enabled the setting in the correct sub-account.
