Workflow Undo Redo Is Now Live in GoHighLevel

Workflow Undo Redo is now built into the AI Builder inside GoHighLevel Workflows. It lets you reverse AI-generated changes during the same building session, so you do not have to rebuild an earlier version by hand.

The feature works across different types of AI edits. You can undo a new action, restore an edited step, or roll back a larger change to the full workflow structure.

Each AI-generated version is saved in your session history as you continue working. You can also open the Recent Changes tab in the top-right corner of the Workflow Builder to review what changed.

Here are the steps we will follow:

• Access the Workflows area in GHL.
• Review and Restore Workflow Changes.

To start, make sure you are logged in to the correct GoHighLevel sub-account.

• The main menu on the left side of your screen includes the core areas you use in GoHighLevel.

1.1 Click Automation in the left menu.

• This opens the main Automation section.

1.2 Click Workflows in the top navigation.

• This opens the Workflows list, where you can view and manage your current workflows.

1.3 Click the Create workflow button.

• A menu with several workflow options will open.

1.4 Click Build Using AI.

• This opens the AI Workflow Builder, where you can create or edit a workflow with AI.
• Use the AI Builder to add actions, update existing steps, or change the structure of the workflow.

• The Recent Changes panel shows the workflow changes that can be undone or restored during your current session.

2.1 Click the Recent Changes icon in the top-right corner of the Workflow Builder.

• The Recent Changes panel will open.

2.2 Review the Can Undo tab.

• This tab shows the changes that you can reverse. Each item explains what changed and when the change was saved.

2.3 Click the change you want to undo.

• You can undo the latest change or select an earlier point in the list. For example, choosing the second item may undo the last two saved changes.
• You can also press Ctrl+Z on Windows or Cmd+Z on Mac to undo the latest AI-generated change.

2.4 Open the Can Redo tab when needed.

• This tab shows the changes you removed with Undo and can still restore.

2.5 Click the change you want to bring back.

• The selected workflow version will return.
• You can also press Ctrl+Y on Windows or Cmd+Y on Mac to redo the change you just removed.

Once you have restored the right version, review the full workflow before you publish it. Check every trigger, action, delay, and condition to make sure the automation still works as planned.
