• Open Memberships and Credentials in GHL.
• Enter your certificate prompt.
• Review the AI-generated certificate.
• Edit and finish the certificate.

To start, make sure you are logged in to the correct GoHighLevel sub-account.

• The main menu on the left side of your screen includes the main areas you use in GoHighLevel.

1.1 Click Memberships.

• This opens the Memberships section in your GHL sub-account.

1.2 Click Credentials in the top menu.

• The Credentials page will open.
• You will see the Certificate AI Beta area near the top of the page.
• You can also see quick prompt options for:
  • Course completion
  • Milestone achieved
  • Event participation
  • Training completed

• The Certificate AI prompt box is where you describe the certificate you want GHL to create.

2.1 Enter your certificate instructions in the prompt box.

• Include the purpose of the certificate.
• Add any design details you want the AI to follow.
• You can include items such as:
  • Certificate type
  • Main color

  • Recipient name
  • Course name
  • Date
  • Signature area
  • Logo space

2.2 Click the blue arrow button to submit the prompt.

• You can also start with one of the quick prompt options if it matches what you need.

• Once GHL creates the certificate, it will open inside the Certificate Builder.

3.1 Review the Design with the AI panel on the left.

• This panel keeps the prompt and AI instructions used to create the certificate.
• You can continue using the AI area if you want to make changes through another prompt.

3.2 Review the certificate design on the main canvas.

• Check the main title.
• Review the recipient name field.
• Check the completion text and date.
• Make sure the colors, borders, and layout fit the certificate you wanted.

3.3 Check the dynamic fields used in the certificate.

• In the example shown, GHL uses fields such as:
  • {{contact.name}}
  • A dynamic date field
• Make sure these fields are correct before you use the certificate.

4.1 Click any item on the certificate you want to edit.

• You can select text, names, dates, or other design elements directly on the canvas.

4.2 Use the left-side tools to add or change certificate elements.

4.3 Use the top editing toolbar to change the selected item.

• Click the certificate title at the top-left of the builder to update the name.

4.5 Use Preview, Save, or Send when the certificate is ready.

• Preview lets you check the finished design.
• Save keeps your changes.
• Send lets you move forward with using the certificate.
