Take Control of Your Content Calendar
Managing social media often feels like a constant battle, doesn’t it? You’re striving for consistency, ensuring your message is clear, and getting content out without losing your focus. This is especially true for evergreen content, the kind that needs to be seen regularly. You want those recurring social posts to just… work without any fuss. We’ve all faced the frustration of trying to adjust one post, only to find it disrupts the entire series. It’s inefficient, time-consuming, and simply not how you want to manage your operations.
But imagine a system where you can set your content schedule and trust it to run smoothly. Picture yourself making quick, precise adjustments to individual posts without ever jeopardizing your overall content strategy. What if you could finally have real command over your recurring content, making tweaks or rescheduling on the fly, exactly when needed? That’s the goal: more consistency, fewer headaches, and more time for what truly matters in your business.
GoHighLevel has released an important update to its Social Planner that aims to deliver just that. This isn’t a minor change; it’s a significant improvement designed to give you precise control over your recurring social posts. This update brings seamless scheduling, straightforward editing of individual posts, and a unified experience across both the Planner and Calendar views. You’ll no longer need to second-guess whether editing one post will affect your entire campaign.

This enhancement to recurring social posts in the Social Planner offers precise control and increased flexibility, ensuring your evergreen content publishes consistently while saving you time and preventing scheduling conflicts.

Real-World Example:
Let’s say you’ve got a killer series of evergreen tips or FAQs. You want them out there every month, across all your platforms. Before, if you just needed to tweak one post—maybe a quick link update or a fresh angle for a holiday—you risked messing up the whole recurring schedule. Or worse, you’d be stuck manually rebuilding the rest of the series. Talk about a time suck.
Now? It’s simple. You pop into your Social Planner, pick that one specific post, make your changes, and boom—it’s a standalone. The rest of your recurring series? It keeps trucking along, untouched. Or, if you just need to slide a post to a different day this month, you can drag and drop it in the Calendar View. No fuss. This means you can react fast to new trends or shift with your audience’s habits, all without breaking your automated flow. You save time, ditch the rework, and keep your content calendar sharp and flexible. That kind of direct control means a more agile, less stressful social strategy. Now you can actually focus on growing your business, instead of wrestling with your tools.
