- The main menu on the left side of your screen includes all the main areas youâll work in when using GoHighLevel (GHL).
1.1 Click on the âAutomationâ menu item to access the âWorkflowsâ section.
- Youâll now be in the Automation section, where you can access the Workflows tab from the top menu.
1.2 Go to the Workflows Tab
- Click the Workflows tab located beside the Global Workflow Settings.
1.3 Select a Workflow or Recipe
- Choose an existing recipe or workflow that fits WhatsApp message sending. For this example, weâre using an appointment booking workflow.
